These buttery Almond Croissant Bars are topped with a nutty crumble for a very satisfying bite. The middle layer is a generous almond filling just like you’d find inside an almond croissant, which sits atop a buttery shortbread crust. The crunchy crumble on top is lightly coated with brown sugar and has sliced almonds, pecans, and walnuts (each is optional - use whatever you have on hand!). One of my favorite desserts ever!
