I’m back at my mini bakes! You can always size up remember 🥧 Rhubarb and custard - in a pie - yum! I used Nancy’s pastry from the freezer - just 150 gms was all I needed. This will make either six muffin sized pies, or I made three cute oval ones. This is light, sharp and delicious.
